".
. . the object of your mission is to explore the Missouri river,
and such principal streams of it, as, by its course and communication
with the waters of the Pacific Ocean, whether the Columbia, Oregon,
Colorado or any other river, may offer the most direct and practicable
water communication across this continent for the purposes of commerce
. . ." Thomas Jefferson had said these words when he had set the Corps of Discovery on their mission. Telling them about the imprtance and object of this memorable mission. This objective was not for only Lewis and Clark but it was for all the people in the Corps; from Sacagawea to Seaman. It was like a family sown together with the purpose of Jefferson's words.

About the Author
I am a student in 7th grade AEP and this is basically an assignment. I like reading and writing; i read at an adult level. I like writing; my essay actually was fractured into the Jersey Journal. I picked the Corps of Discovery because it made and interesting topic in listing the many aspects of the Lewis and Clark mission. I like the technology with which our education has been enhanced and this webquest is just another example of the technology.

Above is a wordle made from the Introduction.
